PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE
RETURNS POLICY
Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on our custom pieces or any piercing jewellery where the packing seal has been broken.

Earrings and pierced items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons where the packing seal has been broken.
If you received a free promotional item with your order, it must also be returned if you wish to return any items from the same order.
Sale Items and Discounted Purchases:

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code can be returned within the statutory 14-day cancellation period. Outside that period, we offer store credit at our discretion.
Return Timeline:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to notify us of unwanted items and a further 14 days to send the items back. The return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds will be issued promptly once products have been received and inspected by us.
Return Process:

Complete and include the Returns Form (link below) with your return. We cannot process a return without this form.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind. We cannot issue a refund for a lost parcel which was returned using an untracked service.

All returned items must be in resalable condition — unworn, undamaged, and without scratches. Items that are excessively worn or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. Gift card refunds are issued immediately and can be used the same day.

A £5 restocking fee applies to all returns outside the statutory cancellation period, plus £1 for each additional item returned.

Please allow 3-5 working days for refunds to be processed.

Original postage costs are non-refundable outside the 14 day window.

ORDERS REFUSED OR RETURNED DUE TO NON-PAYMENT OF IMPORT CHARGES, CUSTOMS DUTIES OR TAXES WILL BE DEALT WITH ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
Damaged Items:

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, contact us with photographic evidence and your order number at hello@howljewellery.com. We may issue a refund or exchange at our discretion, depending on the situation and we will resolve faulty or damaged items in accordance with your statutory rights.
- Items damaged through wear, misuse, or accidental damage after delivery are not eligible for refund or exchange, as they are no longer in resalable condition.
Return Conditions:

The item must be returned in unworn, unaltered, and undamaged condition to qualify for a refund.

We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged by the customer during wear.
Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel an order once it has been placed, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at hello@howljewellery.com. We will then do our best to ensure your order is cancelled before it is dispatched.
- If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation will be completed once the goods have been returned to us. Customers are responsible for returning the items in their original condition, and refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected..
Additional Information:

Gift wrapping, gift bags, and gift cards are non-refundable.

During sales, no additional discounts can be applied, and orders with additional discounts will be cancelled.
Return Postage:

Return postage is at the customer’s expense. Ensure you use large letter postage (not a regular stamp) to return items. We recommend using a tracked service for added security.
Environmental Commitment:

To reduce plastic waste, your jewellery will be delivered in a recyclable pouch or box. Please recycle your packaging responsibly.
Product Variations:

The images on our website may vary depending on your device's display quality. We make every effort to ensure that product images are accurate, but colours, sizes, patterns, and textures may vary slightly.
Unaccepted Returns and Disposal:

If an item is returned and does not meet the return criteria, we may retain or dispose of the item after 20 days if no resolution is reached with the customer. We will always notify you before doing so.
Order Acceptance:

Howl Jewellery reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion, such as due to pricing errors, insufficient stock, or suspicious orders. If your order is not accepted, you will be notified via email, and any payments made will be fully refunded.

Ensure that your returned items are in resalable condition. If you have concerns about the condition of your jewellery, please contact us at hello@howljewellery.com for advice.

All orders will include a packing slip detailing the items and their value. This cannot be removed for gifting purposes.
- Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights as a consumer.
